Commercial Audit

For service pages, city pages and listings. We read the pages that actually rank for your keyword and show what they have that you don't — blocks, schema depth, card attributes — each weighted by how many of the top 5 really have it. No invented scores.

SERP Analyzer Benchmark vs top 10
1
What keyword are you selling for?
We pull the live top 5 for this query. Directories and marketplaces are kept on purpose — if Yelp holds two spots, that's a fact about your SERP, not noise.
2
Which page of yours competes?
A published URL — we read its blocks, schema and text the same way we read the top.

Your report

Feature Matrix

Rows sorted by how many of the top have the feature. A feature 4 of 5 competitors share is table stakes; a feature only you have is your edge.

Topic relevance

Is your page inside the semantic field of this SERP? Zones are calibrated on the top's own passages — never fixed thresholds.

Proof content

Do you have at least one passage of real proof — cases, numbers, process — the top doesn't? We never ask you to "rewrite boilerplate to be unique".

Table-stakes attributes

Terms most of the top mentions and your page doesn't. For commercial pages, missing matters more than echoing.

What this audit can't move

This tool measures your page. For the local pack, most of the weight sits off the page — and for AI answers the balance flips back toward on-page. Both columns below are survey weights, not our invention.

For being cited in AI answers, on-page rises to the top slot — the work this audit points at weighs roughly twice what it does in Maps.

What we don't do

×Don't invent feature weights

No "+0.25 for a calculator". A feature's weight is how many of the top 5 actually have it — if the number can't be traced to the live SERP, it isn't in the report.

×Don't promise rankings

For local queries, most of the weight lives in your Business Profile and reviews — off the page. The report says so on its face instead of letting a green screen imply otherwise.

×Don't ask you to rewrite boilerplate

"Call us today" is allowed to sound like everyone else's. Uniqueness is only measured on proof — cases, numbers, process — where it actually earns rankings.

×Don't score your design

No screenshot beauty contests. Filters, calculators and maps are reported as user-value parity with the top — not as "Google counts your widgets", because it doesn't, directly.
